I was in a pretty bad situation, locked out of my house. I was cold and raining and I only had short sleeve shirt on. I called Mount Juliet precision locksmiths and they were there in a short time and not only allowed me to get inside but also repaired the problem I was having with my door. Why would you call anybody else?
I called and the technician and he came answered and we set up an appointment for 6 pm. He phoned me when he was in his way and came at exactly 6 pm. He did an amazing job and explained everything perfect. I will recommend him to all my friends
He replaced two deadbolts and door knob locks for two outside doors. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to answer any question that I had. Highly recommend!

Quick and prompt reply. Rapid to come onsite and fix the problem, lock was fixed in less than 30 minutes . Good service and professional staff. A little too costly but on time.

The locksmith was very careful, he wore a mask even though I told him there was no need, he gave me a clear estimate, he was very fast getting the work done. The rate to come to the house and install was the best available and the quality of the locks installed was excellent. When he arrived I asked if he had additional locks because I thought we could change a few others that had not been negotiated in advance- he had quite a bit in stock in his vehicle and he did not charge me a lot to install the additional locks. He was very professional and efficient.

He was quick, knowledgable and very polite. He was available on the same day to come and fix my misaligned door. He also went the extra mile to adjust my lock as well as remove the rust from the handle and gave me good advice to what to look for down the road. Definitely recommend him and will definitely come back to him if i have any other issue with my lock or door.
He was called to replace the locks in our office after a break in. He is such a nice pleasant man with a big smile. Easy to work with and he did a fantastic job. The technician suggested a reasonably priced option for changing the hardware. We had trouble matching the colour with the remaining hardware but he was committed to finding the best match. He is responsive and is all about keeping his customers happy.

Needed my condo lock re-keyed, and an appointment was made that was suitable to my schedule, and despite playing phone tag with dispatch, they kept following up and made it happen and the locksmith showed up earlier than scheduled, informed me of the options and completed the work quickly.
They were able to crack a old safe,I bet it's from the world war era safe that had been staying in the house since I was a kid.I had tried some locksmiths but no one could crack it until I found this guys.They are so good.I recommend them

I lost my keys in lake ontario and desperately needed access to my bicycle. I called Mt Juliet Precision Locksmiths to schedule a time to meet. The gentleman who came was late due to the fact that it was a very busy day, but he was courteous and professional. He tried his best to not damage my lock and was very prompt.
Our front door lockset was broken in two places. Mt Juliet Precision Locksmiths tech communicated their arrival time in advance, showed up on time, were polite and professional, provided us with repair / replace estimates, and cleaned up after installation.
Very professional and courteous service. I booked an appointment for Sunday for a damaged lock, so he couldn't get the parts to replace the lock the same day. However he got our old lock working until he showed up on Tuesday to finish the job. He even pointed out what the door installer had done wrong and gave us some tips on how to make a lock last longer. Would certainly recommend.

The are the real gurus I don't think there is no lock they can't handle.My place is really old and I like keeping it that way so having a locksmiths who can handle the locks and leave them the same way with the need to replace them is a big factor for me that's why I will keep using them.Good work

Over the weekend my deadbolt wouldn’t open - yikes! After a quick 8am call, someone was onsite within 2 hours. Not only did he fix the problem and take the time to explain what happened, he checked my other doors to make sure everything was ok. Definitely would recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful service!!! Second time I’ve locked my keys in my car and they came in 10 minutes if not less. The charge was very humane and they based their pricing off the car and how easy-hard it would be to get into the car, I really hope I won’t need to call them out anytime soon but if I ever will, this is definitely the company I’m going with!!
